The site lies on the southern fringe of Cambridge within the designated Green Belt and west of the recently expanded Addenbrookes Hospital and 160,000sqm Cambridge Bio-Medical Campus.
The case involves complex issues around the production of robust and sound evidence on employment land requirements, housing requirements, sustainability appraisals, Green Belt assessment, transportation and viable infrastructure delivery.
