Longwater Retail Park is one of a limited number of out of town retail parks serving Norwich. It was originally granted planning permission together with a 45ha business and industrial park in 1993 with one of CODE's directors acting for the then landowners. The approach adopted by CODE of always maintaining strong long term relationships with all interested parties, including planning officers, councillors and parish councils, is a key element in the growth and delivery of development on the Park.
